Fernie SDS Bylaw Survey

The City of Fernie has engaged ISL Engineering to update the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw (SDS). The SDS Bylaw regulates the division and development of land, including the administrative and technical standards for initiating and completing developments. 

As part of the SDS Bylaw update process, the City will be engaging with developers, City staff, the public and those interested in developing properties to gain insight and understanding of their experience using the SDS Bylaw. During this first phase of engagement, we are gathering information to help inform the SDS Bylaw update.
