Consultation has concluded
THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED!
Show us your smile (behind your mask)!*
Wear your mask and submit your best photos of your smiling eyes, and while you're here, check out others' photos and "like" your favourites. Every Monday between November 24th and December 21st, the most "liked" photo will be awarded a $100 gift card at a local business. Monday, December 21st's winner will receive $100 at Polar Peek Books!
Why is it important to wear a mask?
Mask wearing is mandatory as per the Provincial Health Order issued November 19th, 2020. We are now required to wear masks in all indoor public spaces to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Many agencies, including the Government of Canada, BC Centre for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization say that wearing a non-medical face mask helps protect others and reduce the spread of the wearer's own infectious respiratory droplets.
So show us your stuff!
Whether it's cloth or hospital grade, store-bought or homemade, wearing your mask with a smile shows that we're all in this together!
For best results, please upload a square photo to avoid "stretching" the image.
