Phase 2 - Active Transportation Options survey
Phase 1 of engagement of the Active Transportation Planning (ATMP) project highlighted Fernie residents’ interest in an active transportation network that connects the entire community safely and in a manner that promotes a variety of ways to get around – from walking and rolling to using mobility supports, and everything in between.
Phase 2 presents the current network, identifies gaps and challenges, and proposes options, including projected costs. Now's your chance to have another say on pedestrian corridors, rolling & cycling routes, and connectivity, accessibility, safety, railway crossings, and highway corridor considerations.
The survey will be open until May 3rd and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The results of this survey will inform the ATMP final report to Council.
