Photo Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. This photo challenge is run by the City of Fernie.
2. Participants may submit as many photos as they like.
3. Photos must be submitted as .png or .jpeg file formats. Preferred file size is 1 MB – 3MB, minimum 300 DPI.
4. All photos must be submitted through letstalk.fernie.ca. Emailed photos will not be accepted.
5. Photos that contain objectionable or inappropriate content will be removed at the City’s sole discretion.
6. To participate, you must review and agree to the following. If a minor, the terms and conditions must be agreed to by a legal guardian:
   • I hereby confirm that the photograph(s) submitted are my original works, and I hold all legal right to authorize use and publication of the photograph(s).
   • I hereby confirm that I have permission from all subjects to submit their photo to letstalk.fernie.ca.
   • I hereby confirm that the photograph(s) submitted have not ever been licensed, published, or used by the City of Fernie.
   • By participating, I confirm I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions herein.
